Terms of service

By installing or using WholesalePro ("the App") you agree to these terms. The App is provided by The Canary Web.

The service

WholesalePro creates automatic discount rules enforced at checkout via Shopify Functions. Features and rule limits depend on your plan (Starter / Growth / Unlimited).

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the rules you configure and their financial impact. Always test a rule before activating it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the App in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time; your data is handled per our Privacy policy. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
